SubaruMobileis primarily an online retailer for GSM mobile phones, electronic, computer, PDA and phone accessories.(Under EURO COMMUNICATION GROUP) Due to the popularities of our merchandises we have established SubaruMobilein order to reach a broader consumer market.

What currency is my order billed in?
All orders are billed in US Dollars.

What currency do we accept?
We only accept payment in US Dollars currency.
For Malaysia Customer, we do accept RM via Maybank2u.com

Are the phones or cameras come with any warranty? Or covered by any quarantee?
(FOR SINGAPORE)
YES THE HAVE WARRANTY BUT LIMITED IN SINGAPORE ALL PHONE COME WITH 12MTH WARRANTY IN SINGAPORE.

(FOR MALAYSIA)
YES THE HAVE WARRANTY BUT LIMITED IN MALAYSIA ALL PHONE COME WITH 12MTH WARRANTY IN MALAYSIA.

(FOR INTERNATIONAL)
NO. There are no warranty or guarantee to your order as all the phones and cameras are meant of export. However, we do have a return policy that provides a minimum level of protection to our customers. For more information, please review our Return Policy section.


Can I order by phone, fax, or any other methods other than online checkout?
(FOR SINGAPORE)
YES. You can contact us for visit our store personally.

(FOR MALAYSIA)
YES, you allow to order by phone, fax and COD. The payment method will be using Maybank2u.com.

(FOR INTERNATIONAL)
NO. You may only order via online checkout system. The reason is that our online checkout system is the only way we can protect your personal information.

Is it safe to order through SubaruMobile?
YES. All your information provided to us is being protected. Please review our Privacy Statement section.

What is the charge for shipping and tax?
Please review our Shipping Rate section for detail. For all international orders (outside SINGAPORE and MALAYSIA), customers are responsible for the custom and import duties.

Can I cancel my order?
NO. All sales are final. Orders can not be cancel once payment received.

What does SIM Free mean? SIM unlocked mean?
SIM Free: This means that your phone purchase does not included a SIM card.

SIM Unlocked:
This means that the phone is not locked to any particular phone service providers. Before you make a decision to purchase a particular phone, please make sure that the frequency of your mobile phone network is compatible with the phone you wish to purchase. There is no commitment to any minimum term contract to buy our phones.

Will the phone i purchase work in my country?
Within the United States and Canada, the majority uses only GSM 1900 bandwidth. In UK, Australia and most parts of Asia with the exception of Japan and South Korea, their networks use GSM 900 / GSM 1800.

Can I use the charger in my country?
Triband phones come with travel chargers (100-240V) and no transformer is needed. Dual band phones usually come with 220V chargers. We will provide you a compatible plug adaptor for free with your order.

When will my order be shipped?
Your phone will be shipped usually within 1 - 2 days after payment received.

Can I track my order?
